Kotak Credit Cards in partnership with Acer Paradise Computers, offers on-the-spot EMI at select outlets of Acer Paradise Computers to make convenient purchases.

To avail the ‘Dream Big’ EMIs:

Go to the payment desk at the participating outlets
Choose an EMI duration.
Pay every month in easy installments at no interest and minimum processing fee.

The EMI tenures available to the customer is of 3 and 6 months.

All Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited (“Bank”) Credit Cardholders (“Cardholders”) have the option to purchase products from Acer Paradise Computers (“Merchant”) on Equated Monthly Installment (“EMI”) by using their Kotak Credit Card.
Cardholders may opt to convert a purchase at Merchant outlets into EMIs for 03 and 06 months. There are no interest and no foreclosure charges for converting the purchase into EMIs.
Processing fee for converting the transaction amount is as follows:
3 months EMI – Flat Rs.249 per transaction+ ST
6 months EMI – Flat Rs.999 per transaction+ ST
List of outlets where the offer is available is set out below and also as updated on our website www.kotakcards.com.
The Bank and Merchant may also launch promotional offers without any processing fee from time to time. Kindly check with the store staff for details..
The offer is valid on purchases made between 1st March 2012 and 31st December 2013 (“Offer Period”)
If the Cardholder wishes to convert his transaction into EMI, then he has to inform the Merchant regarding the same before swiping their Kotak Credit Card at the billing counter.
This offer cannot be availed on a Kotak Best Price Card or Kotak Easy Day card.
Only single transaction can be converted into EMI. No 2 transactions can be clubbed in order to avail the benefit of EMI. Transactions upto 75% of the credit card limit can be converted into EMI.
Cardholders classified as delinquent during the Offer Period will not be eligible for this offer.
Cardholders will not hold the Bank responsible for, or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses which a Cardholder may suffer, sustain or incur by availing this offer.
Bank is neither responsible nor guarantees the quality of / products /service provided by the Merchants / Manufacturer. The quality of the product / service is the responsibility of the Merchants / Manufacturer.
The EMI offer is subject to all other terms and conditions of the EMI facility as set out in the Cardholder Agreement issued by the Bank in relation to the Kotak Credit Card.
The Bank reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
Any participation in this offer is voluntary. Any person availing of this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
The decision of the Bank in all matters in connection with and incidental to this offer is final and shall be binding on all persons.
